The argument though is that billionaires make harmful decisions in order to make money, not because their work is wonderful or altruistic.

For GI concerns you can add a PPI such as omeprazole or alternatively ranitidine. The impaired glucose tolerance issue is mainly relevant for diabetics; might need to adjust diabetic meds. The osteopaenia issue is really only a concern if the steroid therapy is long-term; might cover with a bisphosphonate. WRT renal function; not really an issue 1/2

It was a black comedy so you'd expect a bit of exaggerated hammy performances but he completely overdid it. Chewing the scenery. Not even close to an acting masterclass.
