Clubs is about the only way I've found how to make adult friends. Find something you're interested in, find local clubs, and join. You'll meet a few cool people there. The more clubs the better.

Then they claim 'pay for performance.' Okay fine. My best person gets 3.5% and my worst gets 2.5%. No reason to try hard at all.
This 100%. When I'm given 3% per associate based on their current pay when a few are underpaid it just doesn't go far enough.
Any good resources for getting a uniform that doesn't require my clumsy self to learn to sew?
