Maybe I was wrong, but at least I thought that "gay" includes any sexuality attracted to the same sex.
They don't have exactly the same definition, I mean. I've heard bi and pan friends refer to themselves as gay more times than I can count.
The way I was told, the word "gay" doesn't just mean homosexual. It includes bisexual and pansexual and other things.
I mean that the words "gay" and "homosexual" don't mean strictly the same thing. The latter is specific, the former includes multiple things
A bi girl is already a lesbian, because a lesbian is just a gay woman, and gay includes anyone attracted to their same gender.
