Mapmaker dude. All my 1500+ maps at www.grasshoppergeography.com
I have multiple fingers left before I lose count.
Thank you! That was my guess, but didn't know any details.
Indeed!
That was my first thought but I have no idea.
I'll see what I can do.
Thank you. I don't really want to keep posting the same map style. I don't know, would feel spammy. I have all of them at grasshoppergeography.com
I have a North America version of this map.
I should print a 3D version.
Not gonna lie, me too when I started.
I somehow figured it would not be in everyone's vocabulary. :)
A lot of steps, most of the automated, but many things could go wrong, so a manual, visual check was always necessary.
I'll experiment with topography again, it should be doable. Maybe not on a global level though. As for separating the basins, well, it was as tedious as you can imagine. Going along the coast and checking manually.
Lol, you're welcome. I know the word, but not how to pronounce it.
Thanks. More to come then in the coming days!
Thanks. I'll probably post the US tomorrow then.
Cheers!
Always check for yourself.
Wow that's very TLDR in the middle of my workday now. :) Do you please have another source that just let's me choose 6 colours that would work for everyone?
Well, you have to decide where one ocean ends and another starts. It's never obvious, but you have to choose something.
Thank you. I like it as well, but I've been staring at this for months, so can't really look at it objectively. :D
Guide me with some colours and I'd happy to make a colorblind friendly version.
Not sure what you mean.
I have that map. Is there a way to post an image in a comment, or do I need a link?
And even into Canada...
It includes temporary rivers and streams as well.
It's from www.grasshoppergeography.com.
Cheers.
It's from www.grasshoppergeography.com. Germany is also uploaded.
I'm deeply sorry.
