Then perhaps it was an echo chamber of sorts. Try reading the 12 Rules For Life by Jordan Peterson. It helped me, maybe more than therapy.
You get out of it what you put into it. If you learn one thing from one therapist, thats an incremental win. Also, try books + self observe.
Certain therapists work for certain people. You wouldnt see a podiatrist if you had a concussion.. Try another one, ask about their practice
Super mario 64 came out in 1996 and a version for web browser was just released a few months ago. Speed run record is still fought for.

I think Uber implemented a policy to refuse the people doing that.
There was a while where USA was taking ubers to the hospital because it was cheaper, too
I just bought one out of curiosity, a few weeks ago. Aapprox $30. Nothing mind blowing, but very entertaining.
