What they said. I haven't gone to the cemetaries yet but I do go out at night and I have gotten some ghost Pokemon.
The 2 closest Gyms by me are...cemeteries... xD so yeah, imagine having to fight on top of peoples graves instead of just catching Pokémon.

Closest one is one block away and ive only gotten 3 each time. Next closest ones are about 30min away.
