I did some fieldwork in Trinidad researching the Endler guppies where he first relocated them, amazingly resilient fishes

I feel happy with myself again, so I started a new embroidery project and contacted my friends to let them know I miss and think about them
As someone with BPD I recognize a lot. My therapy went something like what you wrote and it helped me so much, I'm finally proud of myself
