"Light, in the absence of eyes, illuminates nothing. Visible forms are not inherent in the world, but are granted by the act of seeing. Though the world and events do exist independent of the mind, they obtain no meaning in themselves: none that the mind is not guilty of imposing on them." https://imgur.com/OrpwTi8

I appreciate that, Zorro. It was actually pretty damn good. I mean, the lobster was the star, though, but who doesn't like buttered pasta?

๐Ÿคฃ I did cut it up and mix it in. Just had to get a decent picture first. Lobster always looks better whole ยฏ\_(ใƒ„)_/ยฏ

/gallery/uxIR9nD/comment/2357384377 That's basically all it is. 1/4 cup water over low heat. Mount the butter 1 Tbsp at a time. Halfway add the garlic, red pepper and bay. Salt to taste. Get heat to 180 no more. Poach the lobster for 6 minutes flipping every minute. Remove lobster and bay. Add lemon juice and zest. Black pepper. Throw the pasta in the sauce and toss. Put it in a bowl. Parsley and lobster on top. Now you eatin' ๐Ÿ˜

There's a bit more to it but yes. Apt description lol

It actually is a beurre Monte. No cream vinegar or wine. Water and butter with garlic red pepper and a bay leaf. Poach the lobster then take out the bay leaf and add the juice and zest of a lemon. Boom pasta sauce

Haha, the only reason I mentioned Kerry. It's sounds expensive. But I only need a few Tbs for this dish. It only cost me $16. The whole dish for real
