Agreed! When I first saw the warning, I thought it was some horrible TilTok music or robotic voiceover. I was happy to hear that guy’s genuine delight and awe. I also audibly said whoa a few times watching the clip :)

"military Prussia-otaku" is such a brilliant descriptor of that situation!

Not to impose on your invitation, but do you have any pointers on how to find a new D&D group? My longstanding campaign fell apart during peak pandemic but now I’m jonesing for a new one!

That little one is so cute! I am glad Mrs. Brown and her kids are safe and comfortable on the property.

That’s good to hear. As I said before, if it gets made hopefully it’s good.

The Constantine sequel would also have the risk of a director and/or script problem. Hopefully it's good though.

Switching to email receipts from them was life changing. No longer do I walk out of there with a receipt taller than I am after purchasing 1 item :)

It appears to be live music in the room. At the beginning of the clip, you can see a guy against the wall in the background raising a horn of some sort to his lips and blowing it.

The Feds have already said today that 100% of deposits will be covered. Even things over the FDIC cutoff. Can’t have the rich losing out.

And lots of costs from downstream disruptions. That flight and others would be cancelled and planes rearranged to cover.

Omg that’s brilliant! This should definitely be the top comment!

opposing this attempt to block debt cancellation. Then the republicans have 1 day to reply. 2/2

Appellant = the people blocking the cancellation. Appellee = the government. So the government has the weekend to write its arguments 1/x

I’ve seen people start writing full paragraphs in comments, take a screenshot, and then post that as a reply to get around the char limit.

To @jtc316131415 point, Good Samaritan laws get wonky or don’t apply at all when there is a clear command structure in place.

The 3 dudes in the screenshot above could have coordinated. I see guns and a shield. They also could have radioed for backup every 5 seconds

Isn’t the loan forgiveness simply a reduction down to $0 of the amount needed to pay the loan?
