This article from Jewish Currents (progressive Jewish American magazine) audits the ADL's antisemitism data and found that (at the worst-case scenario) the ADL's data is only 56% accurate. The ADL is an anti-Palestinian hate group and pro-Israel advocacy group. Jewish Currents did an audit of the ADL's latest data and found that at the worst-case scenario, the ADL's data is only 56% valid.

Plus, the Israelis use human shields too and have literally held Palestinians hostage whilst launching attacks from their homes.
TBF, people believe the death count is under-counted and could be as high as 200K due to how many are missing, how many are starving and how many are injured and sick.
