I'm guessing referring to the staffing requirements. Airliners need flight attendants, whether young attractive women are applying or not.
Is it a MAX? It is certainly a 737 variant based on wingtips, but I'm not sure how to tell which from the back.

at that point, i just get a new bolt. I have yet to find a fastener i have dropped on a hangar floor.

While I don't doubt your story, unless you were taking off, it wasn't the runway. Baggage handling occurs on the ramp, or apron.
But also Camping != bad

2 bars is flight engineer historically, but I think is now used for flight attendant. 3 bars is first officer (co-pilot), and 4 is the 1/x
