You also have to consider that this is the lightest of one-finger "boops" on a ~40lb stone. That has a big-arse handle on it you're fully allowed to use to launch and spin that stone as fast and hard as you like. You can't touch the handle after it crosses the hog-line, but there's no real advantage the Canadians could've gotten here. If they'd wanted to hold onto the handle till exactly this point, they could've. Rules were clarified AFTER this accusation, but it's all very silly.

Most decent people don't want to delay action until millions have been slaughtered in the name of ethnofascism a second time. Delaying the first time around was unconscionably wrong, repeating that mistake knowing that it's a mistake is just pro-fascist lunacy.

We're drowning in talent that just needs an opportunity. No one's creative talents warrant support despite their a uses. Anyone who crosses that kind of line, we can throw everything they ever made into a bonfire and humanity will lose nothing meaningful.

Remember; a protest is a threat. If they don't respond to your concerns, and you don't step things up into direct action, it was an empty threat and your "protest" was effectively just performative dance. Protests must inconvenience and disrupt, and they must escalate if nothing changes. Or you're not actually invested in the cause, a dvthsts why they'll just ignore you; you won't follow through on the threat. Call that bluff.

Yep. Proper research uses primary sources when possible, and secondary when you can't. Wikipedia is a tertiary source, as it cites secondary sources for its information.

It's not about accuracy; any encyclopedia shouldn't be cited as a source in academia outside of high school, and even there it's iffy. Doesn't matter if it's Wikipedia or Encyclopedia Brittanica. For Internet debunking some idiot or whatever, Wikipedia is fine.

Also works with chicken breasts; just pound flat-ish first. It'll take longer to cook if you don't. If you're doing chickenburgers, cut each breast in half; each half should be about the perfect size to fit on a standard bun. Same 15 minute cook time in the fryer as for thighs.

This works gluten-free as long as you use GF all-purpose flour (I use Robin Hood's but any should work) and any kind of GF bread crumbs. I use a slightly different seasoning (measuring with my heart) in both the flour and bread crumbs (MAXIMUM SEASONING). GF cooking can get a little weird on whether things still work or not, this absolutely does as long as you swap those two things for GF equivalents. My family now demand chickenburgers at least once a week.

Silence isn't a void that must be filled.

Imagine sitting, sipping your coffee, enjoying the morning sun rising over a still lake. Now imagine some dipshits ride up on ATVs, doing donuts and playing the worst music on blast, and start throwing big rocks into the lake while hooting and hollering. That's not an improvement. And hats how it feels every time an introvert is enjoying a moment of silence and an extroverts need for attention causes them to break it.

The G0P would be irrelevant if there weren't so many American voters driven by petty bigotry more than any kind of moral empathy. The problem is the descendants of those who loved enslaving others, demanded Jim Crow othering, opposed the Civil Rights movement and desegregation, have always opposed gay rights, hate Muslims, etc. This has, and will always, been America. Until the rest of you decide not to put up with that shit any more.

If they are unwilling to take responsibility for being terrible people making indefensible evil choices, they're not actually apologizing or changing. They just don't want to be held accountable.

Fuck. that.

This isn't unique to Wikipedia, and predates the Internet. Wikipedia is a tertiary source, and for good academic research, you shouldn't be wasting your time with tertiary sources like encyclopedias when you can cite secondary or primary sources instead, which are where tertiary sources pull there info from. It's about getting as close to the source as possible. Has nothing at all to do with the reliability of the source.

It originated as a short form of "pusilanimous", which means "lacking courage" or "timid". Nothing to do with genitalia or cats.

See how close she is to the entrance being guarded? Horse grabbed her to stop her. He's doing his job.
