I forgot the name of the DLC for ME2 with the rogue AI, but it really awesome!
I had several wild ideas how he could play cornhole without arms or legs. I was very wrong.

And from what I can understand I would argue that any device that is put in a wall plug on the same breaker as the console could potentially make that voltage change needed to glitch this.Of course a simple lamp couldn’t. But other things like a smart power plug could. And those might be way more open to hack.
A simple solution: treat every game that comes along with it as “made with AI”.If it on a platform like Steam, report if it is not tagged as such. Spam their customer support with reports about it.The power of reviewbombing is well proven. Tagbombing will be too. No marketing team would want their product to be even remotely associated with the word “slob”.
