Oh yes. Overly gerrymandered maps are vulnerable to wave elections. Not only that, but the repubs have been relying on voter suppression, and a lot of that is based on hassle and apathy. Which mean that an enraged and motivated electorate can flip all those fragile little R+5 districts.

#1 I gave my dad (75M) a book about internet language ("Because Internet"). After he read it he started using emojis in his texts. The problem is his use of emojis reads as feminine. I can not for the life of me explain what seems girly about his emojis. It's not emojis are inherently girly. Nothing else is girly about dad. It just that he figured out emojis from a book and is missing some subtle cultural thing that's second nature to me.
What's more, 'spent' fuel is recyclable. It's spent because about 1% of the mass is reaction retardants. Filter those out and you can burn the fuel some more. The stuff you remove is far less and decays faster. Or just build a breeder reactor and keep burning it on and on for decades.
I understand the anger and rage because I feel it too. And I understand distrust because that's just smart. But there are two things to remember:MAGA *are* victims.
