Wow, that dudes eyebrows.
Oddly enough I am a plumbing apprentice! I've installed and serviced quite a few faucets, so I just wanted to throw my 2 cents in!
Judging by the state of which the base of the stem is in it looks like the plastic membrane may be letting water out
I am not sure the make of the faucet but if it is between the stem and the base of the faucet it could need either a new Oring or cartridge.
Is it at the base of the faucet where it meets the surface, or does water dribble out of the handles possibly?
Is the sink leaking or the faucet, and where is the leak located on either of those?

You don't even have to call them, there is a "Deleted Characters" button that lets you choose every 30 days I think which toon to undelete.
I have another that is heeler/birdie collie mix and her energy is insane. Impressively intelligent dogs
I also have a dog named Freya. She is a blue heeler/pitbull mix.
