Amazon Prime is the worst in NYC. They just leave it outside the building for me and don’t even ring the buzzer to bring it inside.

Yeah, they keep the bar open sometimes, but not the kitchen so they can’t get take out.

Same price as other group fitness gyms like Title Boxing, Orange Theory, etc. I go to Crossfit and I have degrees in physical therapy 3/?
Teach form and technique. If you don’t believe me, just try and sign up for Crossfit. Also in Naples, FL and NYC it’s just about the 2/?
Before you even start doing actual classes, it’s mandatory to take Fundamentals classes where coaches who have exercise science degrees 1/2
