School breakfast and lunch is free in California… it makes people crazy that we are still feeding kids daily for free, but it’s the greatest thing to come out of Covid.
My 8 year old has started saying “hand me my chancla” anytime we do anything to piss her off. Not sure where she heard about it but it cracks me up every time.
My kids have a Bluey obsession and that’s why I know what a “dunny” is. Ha!
Ok you’re putting me to shame! I am working on the warden right now but it’s not going to be anywhere near as cool as this! Well done!
I give those out in my classroom! The kids are so excited to lose a tooth at school!
Another group of fans to say we absolutely loved the movie. My youngest is right now watching the making of special. Well done!! :)

I’m actually finding the reverse to be true in my class of 2nd graders. For 6 months their schooling has been a priority at home. It shows.
I’m in California. School starts 4 weeks from today and “hope for the best” is the plan. :(
He certainly stepped up to the plate when our hometown was on fire. Sonoma County appreciates everything he did during those horrible days.

Hippos are absolutely my favorite! I got several hippo things for Valentines Day from my 2nd graders! I’m sharing these with them for sure!
We have played it a bunch. My kids think it is hysterical. And they are right.
I’m a teacher and I taught cursive. My daughter is learning now.
My children are obsessed with my red chocolate phone. It’s their favorite thing. Lol
I have this series hanging in my house!!

It was 100 freaking degrees today. No light jackets. Welcome summer!
Eric Heiden (Olympic gold medalist) was my knee surgeon years ago. No idea who he was but my mother completely freaked.
I did a quick username check to make sure you weren’t my husband... lol

Anytime it would rain we would get in our gear and go dance and explore the world through this very wet rain. They loved it.
California here! Last year when the rains came back I taught kinder. They were enamored with it. They were children of the drought. 1/2
