Since july 7th of this year, yeah. If it's not AI I made a mistake but I still think it is. If it's not, the swirls in your drawing look a lot like noise interpolation. Also every image either has a filter or isn't in focus
The photo is probably real but the drawing looks AI, you can just photoshop an AI image into a photo and fool some AI checkers.
