Looking closer it’s two pieces. She baked the bottom layer and then baked a thicker second layer that she cut the cylinder out of.
As an engineer and amateur wood worker explain how you cut out a cylinder that doesn’t go all the way through the material (cake) that leaves the cylinder in one piece.
Depends on the individual. A few never have an issue. Most have adaptation sickness for a few hours-to a day . A few can be sick for over a week.
