This was originally going to be an educational account, but I got lazy. I'll be posting as a person as well. My education and training is in engineering rather than science, and I'm human, so I'll make mistakes. If you point them out to me and provide evidence, I will apologize and delete my comment. If you get a screenshot of this to FP, I'll post the introduction to power generation thing I've been working on. Or my reacting image folder.
Needs the superheroine costume and a burning car in the back ground.
I'm pretty sure half the bullshit about rebranding Cracker Barrel or anything similar is A/B to see if A: the interest is low enough to completely redesign everything so the exec can feel important or B: a huge amount of outrage is stirred, creating free advertising.
Money's a resource representative. Resources spent on X cannot be spent accomplishing Y. Since we want the whole alphabet, it makes sense to do some optimization even if the subgoal stomp has been running rampant and trying to maximize available resources without intent (or on statues of fuckwads).
Billions of girlfriends die every year of critical attention deficiency, only you can help.
The main thing I use it for is as a generalized food ordering app, not everybody around me works in a quiet restaurant or has the funding to pay some shmuck to recode an app template instead of just connect to the Point of Sale app.
Doesn't #3 contradict the last point of #6? People satisfied with living in a post scarcity society wouldn't develop the level of personal commitment necessary to not only get put on a ship, but be put on the Enterprise?
One of the bits that always stuck with me from Enterprise was the episode where Trip taught an alien breeding caste member some engineering technology because of internal superstition that they were basically brainless. I forget the exact bullshit, but it was supposed to be an inclination toward the Prime Directive, but it struck me as Starfleet putting good relationships with this faction over the fact that this civilization kept breeding slaves as a matter of traditions.
I haven't been keeping up, but wasn't one of the things they were dealing with the first season of SNW that there's still a lot of bigotry toward gene engineered people? To the point a character was arrested for being such? I'm crunchy and old, I may not be remembering the arc well.
I'm honestly flabbergasted that they don't just buy a set of steel rollers, China just craps out steel plants even if it's cut with Chinesium.

Xenophobes gonna xenophobe.
That's probably a big part, as well as the fact that screen acting and voice acting are incredibly different. Admittedly, I'm pretty sure she literally played the character for the characters entire run. I'd be willing to bet that the show writers were just slotting in an existing character that fell into "close enough" territory for what they wanted to do. It'd be like if they tried to get Kevin Conroy to do the Batfleck version without guidance.

Honestly, it just sounds like she was burning out. I was expecting it to be pseudo fan harassment.
To my knowledge they've never done a buffet. But, I seem to recall that you can get a full fried chicken for a reasonable price, but I'm crunchy and old.
Honestly, I think the T-X or something similar where it's a nanoswarm around the mecha core.
Found it! It's Metal Skin Panic: Madox-01. It's just a movie, not a full series, which I would expect with that level of graphical detail.
I mean, you can create a sequence of law structures based on what is happening. Like, 'drive on this side of the road to avoid hitting other people' but most of those laws are generally suspended when there's an avalanche shutting one side down.
Is the forth just there for the night?
#34 I get the feeling Samus wouldn't even wind up, if you pissed her off like that she would reach over and pull your head off your shoulders and then toss it into a trash can without changing facial expression.
I have been, mostly for exactly this situation. Sauce is The Knight Only Lives Today on webtoons.
#11 Because people like me are going to struggle: he was a her before -> he was a herbivore.
#6 Be like the borg, take what you want, abandon what you don't.
#34 The main change I can think of I would be adding Duel of Fates to scene 38 (the Obiwan Vader fight).
You could have used context clues to say "I want no part of this".
IIRC, there's protections for priests that take confessions so they can't be charged as accessories when the priests refuse to submit testimony or some such nonsense. Basically more parallel power structure bullshit.
Give them some democracy?

#35 For whatever reason, engineers are also real passionate about not starving to death, so they do the jobs that gets them paid. Pay to solve problems instead of letting business majors exploit everyone, and you'll get what you want.
