I've seen a lot of places with thinner slices as well. I prefer them thicker cut.
This was my second attempt at it without asking for my mother's guidance and this time it turned out really good.

Lol just bought new All Clad pans that I wanted to try out. Couldn't decide which to cook so I did both. Only ate half the steak and used the other half for steak and eggs in the morning.

I lost my Nigel a few months ago. Hope our both our Nigel's are hanging out right now.

Yea, for us it was $300 per person and you were only able to do 3 nights min.
It was a sketchy nearly vertical climb down but definitely worth it to swim down there.
My Shiba was playful and curious like any other breed.
