Yeah, fun fact! The weed 'chips' are EDIBLE. Or you can smoke them. They won't get you as high as an unused bud, but they work still.
No, looks like it was smushed for rosin-pressing. Solventless extraction of the terpenes, THC, etc, so you can use it as a concentrate.
