Same here just got off my night shifting the ER.... sucked ass

As an ER nurse surrounded by 4 different nursing homes it does not surprise me one bit. Some are okay but some are horrible.
And that finger nail
There are a lot of people who do not know the difference between urgent care and ER. Then they bitch about the wait.
I get burnt out having to grab a turkey sandwich because pts think we are a restaurant and dont treat it as an ER, ridiculous.
My ER lets family in our EMS room when it is happening, its extremely awkward and seeing the Doc turn to the family to say sorry sucks.
