I really wish Procreate was available on android :/ I want to buy an android tablet for drawing on the go because iPads are waaay too pricey
It's not so much talent as many years of practice. I've been drawing for over 15 years and I can assure you no one ever starts at this level

They are alcohol based markers, Promarkers to be exact. Alcohol based markers don't get ruined like water based ones do. They're amazing!
