I feel like using AI to detect AI is more often falsely flagging real art, since it was trained on real art. It's giving physical media artists an unearned bad reputation. Lots of problems are because groups of people are obsessed with their favorite book characters and want to force everyone to read their archaic book and become just as obsessed. Aka religion.

Every time I hear people talking about "god" and "son of god" I picture them as characters in a book. Like, what if we started worshipping Gandalf and Frodo and threaten our children with the wrath of Sauran? The Eye of Sauron sees all...

I distinctly remember being 8 years old and my older brother digging a hole into a snowbank just to throw me in it and fill it back up. It's sad to think about people who missed out on snow-filled childhood.
But what about jolt? The double caffeine soda experiment before energy drinks came about if I remember chronology (I don't).
Shaking my ibuprofen bottle works pretty well...
Mythic Quest was so good, and the creator specifically said the main characters will never get a cliche romance line.
Shameless was so difficult to watch, so many of the characters make terrible decisions and never learn from them throughout the whole series. I hated it. Bf is watching black rabbit now and it's the same. Ugh, why ppl gotta stay so dumb??

I've seen too many of these videos. It starts before the guy gets to his "omg so random lol" vehicle (who buys a pre-lit tree with no box, and slams it on the ground?), complete with custom made random wooden thing that perfectly fits the object/s being carried. The guy filming repeatedly saying "what IS that?!" And then "clever guy" driving out of the parking space and the video ends. If you want to show off a thing you made, be authentic.
I was pissed when no one challenged the election results, angry when they didn't hold up the 14th amendment, mad when Democrats, including the ones from my state, voted to open the government, and now it's just disappointment and exhaustion, but no longer surprised. We need better candidates, more options, ranked voting, and age limits.
I can not stop laughing. At my company no one has asked us to use AI, but I overhear conversations about people using it and being mad that it doesn't work. I accidentally turned on Gemini in VS and I do like when it auto inserts methods when I'm copy/pasting unit tests, but then I have to go back and fix every line of it, so it's not faster, or easier, to use. Can't be bothered to figure out how to turn it off
Do it. Cross my lawn. We don't use the front door, just the garage door, so the stairs get forgotten. I forgot to get ice melt, the driveway is half plowed and half ice because I work from home and go out around twice a month, but bf works outside of the house. Please do what you need to to stay safe. I'm sorry our ADHDs win 80% of every day.
I've heard that it can help. Drax was fine once we got there, but he's so paranoid about getting boxed up that if I have my shoes on he keeps his distance from me.
On a positive note, the vet said Drax has "perfect teeth" and said that cats whose owners brush their teeth don't even have as beautiful teeth as Drax does. His secret is his love of chewing on fluff balls. There's a company in Canada that makes them from different material than any other I've found. They are used on "da ball" cat wants from go cat. He chews on them until they are solid little felted lumps, essentially brushing his own teeth. 😸
#5 Correct me if I'm wrong, I haven't been on the site, but you pay OF creators to view a their content, so our tax dollars are paying IRS agents plus being used to pay OF creators so they can "review" the content to determine if it is made in the US and whether or not it's taxable? Do I have that right?

If it still takes nice pictures and connects to the Wi-Fi, why change it? I learned to make do with what I had until it truly didn't work anymore. My last tech upgrade was an S7+ tablet that I use for drawing and note taking, and I spent 2 months telling myself it was worth it because the one I had at the time was not holding a charge for more than a couple hours and the programs kept crashing. I'll use this one until it does the same thing.
Wooow yeah that's gotta be a sight. I guess I could support making them as flamboyant as possible if someone got connec into buying one and regrets it..
There's apparently one in my area that has a metallic gold wrap. 🤢
No but her brother's name is Drax...
For the last 3 years (and counting) the only thing I wanted for my birthday is for my youngest 2 brothers to do an escape room with my bf and me, and I pay for it. I long for experiences with people way more than material things. And when I give gifts it's usually handmade or baked. I've never had a lot of money, and gifting things for adults is hard, but baking is for everyone and there's no clutter left behind.

XPtoLevel3 did a great bit recently where the mechanics were flipped. Actual magic didn't work, low rolls were successes, and high rolls were failures. I would love to find a way to incorporate that into my game but my group has only one magic user and it would feel like I was punishing him specifically, and he's my bf so ~*drama*~ would probably follow...
