Watch the video, it's not the fact that his tie is undone, it's all the obvious body language that shows how upset he it.
If you can't tackle a problem because there's other problems in the world nothing will get fixed.
If people want there to be no bad cops and you take that to mean people don't want any cops, then you must have a pretty low opinion of cops
Cops don't need to be perfect,but they need to be at least acceptable. Arresting someone because they hurt your ego isn't acceptable.
If they're two completely different situations then surely it's not a "Complete 180" to have a different opinion for either side.
