Depends on the individual and how much they trust you. One of my rabbits doesn’t like being handled at all but is super sweet otherwise. Another doesn’t really mind as long as you’re not carrying her around too much. My smallest bun actually likes being picked up and held. You just have to know what your rabbits prefer and not go against that.

I have 3 rabbits, can confirm that is pretty happy body language. My flemish giant likes to play with one of my cats and often will follow him around and do binkies after smelling all of the smells he brings in from being outside for the afternoon.
