That's insane dude, congratulations and well done! May I ask at what weight you started and where you are in the ending of the video? Trying to lose weight myself, having a hard time seeing the progress (didn't take a before pic).

While I enjoy most of their albums, Vapen & Ammunition (2002) and Du & jag döden (2005) are two phenomenal albums. Highly recommend even if you don't know the language.
