Sounds like a jaded seller - I believe them. However, I also think it's unreasonable to pay any money for something you don't have.

Being as Kylo was once close to Luke and others felt his passing, I'd disagree as Kylo likely felt his passing, as well.

Five minutes and can be done entirely within the OS. No external drives or downloads needed, which could be blocked anyways.

It's a networking switch, which provides network connections for however many devices can plug into it. Can do more, but that's the basics.
He just used Recovery Mode, not Safe Mode. Safe mode does not grant you any special privileges, excluding XP's hidden enabled admin account.
