Part-time Freelance designer for Roleplaying Games (D&D, Pathfinder and others), full time employee at a gaming store. Spend my weekends with my wife (fellow gamer), daughter (soon to be gamer) and our basset hound (eater of games). Also, wellknown grouch.

Gotta love the Hound Sound. I do wonder what the "ear groan" sounds like with autotune though.

Danes have something similar, though only for the afternoon. Eftermiddagskaffe or Kaffe & Kage. (Afternoon coffee and Coffee & Cake)

I've gone through something similar with an alcoholic dad. Been 15 years since I spoke to him. You'll be better off without him.

So much this. They don't like not owning you. (And I know that makes me sound like a conspiracy-nut unfortunately). But they DO own us.

He gave you his everything, now it's time to let go. Just make sure his time left is painless and filled with love.

I love it. It's so action, but at the same time, some of the stuff is very emotional. It makes my wife cry. :P

If he didn't find it funny, he's not worth your time.

I had a 97 CR-V a decade ago. Had to sell it as moving country. 2 cars since. Still want the old bitch back.

She has almost 100 different cuddlies and LOVES them all, but her favorite is a tiny dog (that resembles a basset hound) named Babydoggy.3/3

We're 32 and 39 respectively. They still sleep with us - and our daughter is surrounded by hers at night. 2/X

My wife has her Teddybear (that looks an awful lot like yours actually, kinda scary) - called Nelson. I have my Penguin named Raplus. 1/X

39 here. There is no way I can be bothered with alcohol or fireworks, just because another day passes in the calendar.

They have a NEW and BETTER father now. That is all that matters.

Been there (and there again, as had my notice recently too). This is the biggest upside, getting to see my little girl more.
