Damn that's good
I actually made a webcomic about this joke cos I was so sick of it being the only joke anyone ever made about medusa. (Still love oglaf tho)
Well first you gotta eat it, then wait a day or two. The rest happens naturally.
I sit (so people think I'm civilized) but I actually pee out onto the floor.
It's true (also british) I think there's a baseline of certain rights that we often forget we have. Civilisation has a long way to go, but it's difficult to do without a bedrock of human rights, free speech, and education. It's nice to take a moment to recognise it, especially when there are so many people in the world who aren't so privilaged.
The send off to luke was thematically perfect imo, I have no idea how people thought it wasn't incredible and poetic?!
Ok just skip near the end where he's cleaner shaved/dyed beard, cover his hair and it's pretty clear that the hair isn't doing the heavy lifting here.
Honestly if they'd shaved his head short/bald, and dyed his beard I bet he would've looked like a mid 20s guy with a bald head.
Excellent bad comment. 10/10 wtf vibes and completely unneccesary. I should come here more often.
I'm not convinced tbh, the "sleeve" is my pocket... the only time I'm likely to drop it is when it's in use. Having it in a sleeve would just mean it was in fabric while it's in fabric in my pocket, then completely unprotected when in use. (Also it sounds like you also use a case and you do you!)
Agreed right up to the horse with poobrain, god i hope it doesn't invade my dreams.
Ok legit want that shirt tho
:O
Honestly, it's kind of a first world problem for me. I'm my own boss/work from home, which means that if we had remained in the EU I'd be able to freely travel to any EU country and live and work there at will. Now I have to sort a visa for every single one.
As a British person after brexit (remain don't @me lol) I have so much sympathy for the americans getting lumped in with these kinds of videos. Especially when you're in the middle of it trying to make it better. Feels like a real kick in the teeth when you're down. So at least from one Brit - I don't think you're all magically dumb, and anyone who paints an entire nation with a single brush is not superior, they're part of the problem.
The fact that the only person replying and agreeing with me is also called doug is suspicious... are you me?
I'm aware of the stereotype but with my aussie friends (I'm british) it'd only ever be said as an eye rolling obvious joke. It's all in good humour but more than anything it's just like "oh this joke again..."
I always feel like frodo gets a bum deal on the Internet, like Sam is amazing and a total dude, deserves his happy ending for sure! But frodo is mentally going toe to toe with saurons magic the entire time.
IDK, I know it's a popular thing on imgur but I never liked the whole "I hate everyone except ___" or "I hate everyone equally." If you're an edgy teen fair enough, we've all been there, but it's definitely an attitude that sucks.
Tbh I often forget that imgur is made up of big groups of different folks. It feels super frustrating some days because it's like the community as a whole is being hypocritical, when in reality it's just a different set of people with slightly different values. Overall I think it's still a healthy thing that we're not all in separate bubbles, I feel like a lot of toxicity comes from echo chamber style sites.
#2 I feel this so hard
old Reddit post I think, about some brony who had a mlp figurine in a jar that he kept jizzing in.
