In gaming terms, it was a disadvantage on a few skill checks, and a couple feats were made useless. Was at the end of a campaign, but funny.
In D&D, if a Fae says "May I have your attention?" and you say "Yes", it can give your players ADHD. Did that to mine. They hated it XD
