Tics and Roses is a horrible person that gained notoriety on TikTok by pretending to have Tourettes. You can find numerous reddit posts, YouTube, and TikTok videos providing more information on this person. Once you watch some of their videos and their "tics" you'll see why this guy appears to be faking it as well.
