They have and continue to embrace imperialism, they are just extremely intelligent with how they go about it. I would definitely check out all the Chinese work cities in Africa. They literally come in and build complete towns etc and teach them phone to use equipment. It also builds a lot of loyalty with the African community even if they have a deserved skepticism.

It would be sick if there was a gaming company whose only purpose is to essentially scan for people who have been causght cheating and to keep them in a bubble of viewing to see if they have actually gotten rid of their cheats or if they just do it to get back in. Another thing, if you can not prove it that one account is yours on a seprate account with the same ip as the main account, you should be treated as it was a he same account. It’s lame people who no life a game can bully noobs.
The best countermeasures to hacking is not to assume someone who is hidin their ip is a hacker. I do wish overall the community had more of a say in all cheating and any game
I may be too much of a millennial but Opera GX is also really nice it’s like MySpace but for a browser. Plus whenever I play somthing where I need ad much internet as possible I set certain settings easy af for the common man to set a limit on how much bandwidth h my comp uses for the browser allowing for the best ping possible. I know ad blockers are very valued in today. But also as a gamer I know that ad blockers often make you seem like a cheater in many newer games where they don’t have
Especially because American English is the most confusing language one can learn: we have no synergy. One rule for one word can be the opposite of another
Still you will find good police officers out there who will try and translate, who will try and help. Our country was completely and not likely crafted and bore through the blood sweat and tears of people who could not properly speak our language. Still to me and to any true red blooded American. If you bled for this country and you love it for the blessings in comparison to other lives we could live, then you have no justified reason as to why you aren’t American if you can’t speak English.
The main shitty part is that some places it’s fine if yo speak any language but for certain part of life you will be expected to understand some English which I can understand. Like if you get pulled over you should be able to cominacate with eachother, however it’s not the sole duty of the person being spoken to to completely understand what it being spoken to them. The officer should attempt to mediate. But as anyone who truly knows, our police force has no reason nor obligation to proctect.
The problem is in some areas now if you do t speak English you can get thrown into an ice containment area. I think it was kanas or Iowa I can’t properly remember which of the racist states are implementing and anti American document forcing English as the main language(even if you are driving a truck from Colorado[legal to speak any language even if English is the primary language]
Not to mention an insurance spike through the roof when you get in trouble like that with a car like that in a state like Florida. Insurance is ridiculously expensive if you aren’t a freak.
