daily an hour of tutoring/hw help, an hour of academic enrichment (STEM Clubs, robotics, etc.) and an hour of physical activity as well 3/?
guidelines for how the money is spent followed up by state, third-party and peer evaluations as well as strict audits. The funds provide 2/?
It's grant money that goes to free 21st CCLC after school programs primarily in underprivileged communities. In NJ there are very strict 1/2
