If you pinch and roll from the bottom to the top before you go pee, you can normally break it loose. ~80% success rate.

It's just like the difference between legally blind, and totally blind.
It should be stair stepped. A .16 BAC is definitely much different than a .08 BAC, even though both drivers are legally drunk.
As someone with a high tolerance, and a .084 OWI under my belt, I assure you, I was no danger to anyone on the road.
1400 ft/lbs breakaway torque, but only like 265 ft/lbs tightening.
And remember that breakaway torque is severely different from tightening torque. My Matco 1/2" air impact has something like 1/2
Is your air impact 3/8" or 1/2". 1/2" will always have more breakaway torque than a 3/8" due to the additional leverage and mass from center
