16 year olds shouldn't be facing the difficult situation when somebody gets pregnant & having sex (even protected) increases those odds.
You pay through taxes then. Nothing's free. So i guess you're just getting your moneys worth lmao
If you can't afford the potential consequences of something, then it is not the smartest decision to be doing it.

Yep there are definitely strong urges, but as people we can resist our urges and make intelligent rational decisions.
I have no problem with protection or learning about it, its the fact that at 16 ur not prepared to face the potential consequences of sex.
We're in control of our decisions and it's absolutely fine to have that drive. Doesn't mean you should act on it.
Using condoms is way better than not using them, but they shouldn't be having sex in the first place.
Using protection is better than not, but it's not as effective as not having sex. In my opinion that's the most responsible choice is all.

Having sex can lead to becoming pregnant which shouldn't be a situation faced at 16. A good age is whenever you're financially stable.
While it is better to have protected sex vs unprotected that doesn't mean you should be doing it in the first place.

I disagree. as he should be punished. Every time you have sex there's a chance of pregnancy and 16 year olds cannot afford that risk.
