Just your friendly neighborhood scientist!
True, and I know that's why they're going to keep pumping it out. I guess I just don't understand the relentless demand...
That's pretty cool. I think seeing something like that would be pretty neat, for any movie. Also, I'm loving the user name :)
Well, he murdered a preacher's mentally handicapped sister in Texas... I think we know where this is going.
Well, seeing as how the victim identified him by name as her attacker, I kinda doubt that...
They ended up catching him in Cisco last night!

The victim told her brother before she died that he was her attacker, using his first and last name. They knew him before the attack.
It's so early in the case that there's not much info yet online. Some of what I've written was taken directly from talking to the family.
You had a good point, and I was in such a hurry to upload this that I hadn't included news links yet. Thanks.
Great job, man!

If you look through my previous posts, you can find two of the workouts I designed for myself. I'm currently on the PPL split.
No prob! Good luck!
Thanks!
Well, it sounds like it's time to get back in the gym and get that muscle back! Good luck!

Hahaha, do it to it, man!
You can lose that quickly through diet alone if you like. It's definitely doable. Check out my diet guide for tips. Good luck!
I was just lifting and eating a proper diet. It's all about the calorie deficit. A deficit of of 800-900 calories causes that rate of loss
I was going to reply, but it seems you've already found it! :)
