I'm 5'6" and 113 lbs, 110 isn't so bad and depends on the body type. I was 103 until I started working out every day to gain muscle weight.
Yeah and that's the thing :/ Dogs can become dangerous and yet we'll let any human raise one, no matter what kind of a person they are.
Not many stories of dogs that attack humans getting rescued and rehabilitated :/ Usually they get put down, just like every animal.
Some cats are okay in water and actually enjoy it so I think it's fine, doesn't look like the cat was forced in or anything.
This is because the government basically pays farmers to sell their shit for cheaper. It's a better system for everyone, honestly ;|
Downvote problem could easily be solved by making it so every time you want to downvote something, it uses one of your own points.
