programmer go brrrrrr. java sucks, rewrite in rust. yada yada

Yep, friend of mime had to do it for their greyhound. Small narrow kitchen with many corners, cabinets, table legs etc. Unfortunate but she was still very happy!

Obviously, this doesn't mean we should stop making content and trying to convince people by giving them evidence backed by credible sources, but we have a pretty big advantage. And it still blows that it will take years to get to better times.

It's all about barrier of entry... if you take away the tools to do these things from, lets say, 25% of people that dont know how to do it without using online platforms, that is a net positive to me.

What on earth are you talking about? It's a meme picture of some dude holding a piece of carboard with some text on it. Ironically, you could have done any of the things in your obsessive comment, instead of writing your obsessive comment.

My brain is wired by some dumbass that turns the 7 into a 5 and the 8 into a 10 somehow and only then can it compute its 15 with another step i cant explain lol

Side note, exel has gotten python support recently which you might find much more friendly and usable in comparison to visual basic :)

What a naïve and techbro thing to say. LLMs have a ceiling, and it has been reached already. It is a glorified search engine (admittedly a damn good one at that), making it write code is awful, it never gets it right and i have to spend more time checking wether the code it wrote is sound than it would have taken me to just write the damn code myself.

I highly doubt this is AI. This is just an instagram post for views. Ai video has a very clear distinction like you mentioned in comments below, but they are not present here.

*simply **look** at musk. (Typo)

It's sad to say, but people dying isn't enough to change a lot of people's minds. Right now, they are feeling it in their wallets - and that is a direct change in the lives of basically every voter.

But don't take my word for it, simply at musk spending 22 million on trying to get a puppet elected for the wisconsin supreme court, just for the democrats to win 55% of the vote anyway.

Stay hopeful!

Oh! I will attempt this. Weirdly enough, sitting in the train right now reading on my phone i feel perfectly fine even though im whirring on big metal sticks at 120km/h. Granted the train is a lot more steady and doesn't vibrate as much (these were the two things i pinned my motion sickness on)

I never thought about it... why do i get carsick but not trainsick?

I have to say, reading in a car makes me nauseous, but a few seconds after i look outside it goes and stays away until i start looking at my phone or reading again

They said "prerty woman who is good at something", not "pretty woman who is *also* good at something". With the latter i could see where you're coming from... but i dont think at all it implies what you say it does.

You are giving him waaaay too much credit. He is just a prick with too much money and FOURTEEN children. He isn't some clever guy with a masterplan to attempt to humanize himself from what he actually is.

You might be thinking of L1 widevine, which was added to chrome ages ago so it could go up to 1080p in the browser (before widevine it only went up yo 720p, and you needed the netflix app to go up to 1080p etc)
