I have one goal in life: to be a badass. I wear leather pants, say the 'f' word a lot, and last night I survived an assassination attempt by gravity. I am a complete BAD-ASS.

Honestly, I felt like he dealt with this well. Said, "No thank you," politely three times, then continued with his interview. Boundaries.
I wasn't diagnosed until age 27, meds changed my life. I'm now 30 and had to stop it a week ago for a heart condition. It's really rough. :(
2 ill and severely underweight, however. That pressure was somewhat normal for her, believe it or not. She was a terminal pt at baseline.
Yes, morphine can lower BP very quicly (a good alternative is fentanyl). In most cases, 40/26 is life-threatening. This pt was chronically 1
Not trying to brag, but I'm the original author of this one: Yes, this situation actually happened to me.
It works wonderfully well and saves lives. Unfortunately, the patients don't tend to appreciate it. :(
As an RN, this was my first reaction: "Now you gotta fucking sterile-glove and gown again, you idiots!" (it's a pain in the ass).
I'm a straight lady (so no expert), but I've always found Elliot to be slightly above-average, not drop-dead gorgeous.

I feel like I'm the only person that thinks Billy Corgan is totally overrated.
2/2 Not saying she's not talented, just under-utilized after a certain point.
Point A: You have to be Meryl Streep to continue in Hollywood after 40. Point B: Meryl Streep has played the same role for the last 10 yrs.
RN here ... I test for flu all the time. It's not 100% accurate, but nothing is.
As a nurse, we also get this double-standard. All about promoting rest and infection control, but zero-tolerance policy for sick days. Awful
