It's such bullshit that your punishment for breaking the law depends on your social class. Should be the consequences for all.
If they have career prospects then they have no need to resort to crime to survive, so you could say they should be punished more severely.
I used to love EA for battlefield 1942 and bf 2. I've not actually had any bad experiences with them, but I don't play games anymore.
