Recently learned APC ups units have their float voltage drift to high when they get old. Cooks the batteries. It's a fixable issue though.
The spots where they rub will toughen up and you'll need the wax less often. Keep the wax handy, use it as soon as a sore spot develops.
They'll hurt every time they're adjusted. It'll hurt to chew. I promise, fight through that and chew something firm and it'll help.
I don't think he's going to do it quite yet. I think he'll hold out for 2028. I don't think we've seen all the bullshit in the bag just yet.
