I have an orange meow maker, so infinite cat tax? (http://imgur.com/W8Rdla2) 32 and have no idea what I'm doing with my life. I occasionally make art when I'm not depressed or too busy. I enjoy baking, reading, binge-watching shows, and barely sleeping. I'm a broken person, but I'm still here, just trying to make it through the day.
I've never seen Scrooged, may have to give it a watch. We didn't watch a lot of holiday movies growing up so I feel like I missed out on a bunch
As a kid it was Jingle All the Way, as an adult The Holiday. Yours?
Aw damn, that's a bummer. Very true, sometimes rest is what's needed
It was for me growing up, and I'm the designated deviled eggs maker for family get togethers. We had them more as an appetizer while things were still cooking honestly
Whole birds always intimidated me, I also hate touching raw meat (thank goodness for gloves!) - but I wanted to try this year, mostly so id have lots of leftovers & I plan to make stock from the bones
Oh yum! I might have to give that a go for Christmas dinner, sounds like it would go perfectly with ham <3
I still live with family, and I'm 31. Ya do what works ❤️
Happens to the best of us
😂 struggle snuggles
Awwww :( I got lucky to have such a cuddly cat
Thanks, with medicine I'm doing all right - better than I expected honestly.
Very interesting!
Np! :)
Just a bread roll :)
Nice! Yukon golds are my favorite, and what I used as well.
Woo! I love me some golden brown and deliciousness
What's Irish moss?
I eyeball the ratios for mine, and go for a certain flavor profile - so my ingredients can end up being a touch strange depending on what I have on hand but somehow they always end up tasting very similar
Gravy for proof lol
Love cooking, I just normally stick to like sheet pan meals or something that gets done all at once. So was definitely an adventure making multiple dishes
Thank you ❤️😭
I picked the page with the most stains lol, but unfortunately she had multiple copies of the same cookbook and I ended up with the one she had the longest but used the least. No idea where the well loved one went, her husband probably threw it away unfortunately
There's Jiffy in that corn pudding actually! I can't really digest corn (recently discovered) so corny products are a no-go now :( figured that out while eating cereal earlier this month
I'm thankful I just *barely* missed the holiday, but waking up now at nearly 3am my throat is on fire and it sucks. At least I got some food before things went down hill
Would have to find a good lactose free cream cheese first, but definitely a dessert I want to try making in the future!
Oh definitely, I think the only way I'd willingly cook a whole bird is to spatchcock it. Though I've seen it wear the back bone is removed and the breast bone is popped so it lays flat. I watch a ridiculous amount of cooking YouTube, so I'm always things I want to try but don't have the space for
Oh I love garlic mash potatoes, went plain only because I made gravy and the flavors contrast to much for me to do both.
*hugs*
I sure hope so, but I just randomly woke up and my throat is definitely worse :(
