Why are all your fans exhausts? The front 2 should be flipped to blow air into the case. Currently it's just negative pressure. More dust

Rotate water block 90 deg clockwise?
You probably have more wire than you think, just not in obvious places. Take apart some old junk and use the powerline wire, or inner wiring
I'd do some investigation why there's a high current there, and if it's just a wire too thin being used, run a thicker jumper wire
@op I'd be more concerned with why that joint failed in the first place. If it's burnt like that it's probably heavy load not made for wire

Looks like just a burned diode, though I'd check the rest of the line for potential shorts. Easy to replace but definitely check the line
Remove the stickers from the PSU and the HDD, tidy up the cables at the bottom a bit and youll have a ballin' system

Whats your budget? That PC is waayy behind even the lower end stuff of today and youll need to ipgrsde more than 60% of it to make it good
