Honestly, once you’ve cooked any kind of meat or veggies in a sous vide you’ll never want them any other way.

Kelly’s is subpar compared to Nicks, Atha’s, or Jamie’s roast beef.
Wouldn’t be a real beef without it!
Then a toasted and lightly buttered onion roll, American cheese on the bottom. With Mayo on the top bun and James River BBQ sauce slathered.
All I did was a top round coated generously in fresh ground salt and pepper, vacuumed sealed and set at 134 in the sous vide for 24.
Of you’re ever in Peabody. Jamie’s Roast Beef is the best around.
Gonna have to try this!
I guess I’ll just call it a lasagna cheesecake.

It’s the middle of winter. Give me a break. I do go clamming in the summer and make it from scratch
It’s the middle of winter here, it will do. Next batch I make will be with clams that I got from clamming.
I live in Salem! Next batch is going to be with fresh clams.
It’s a ravioli spoon holder
My first dog was named Beau!!

I have two dogs. I can’t eat a meal without finding a dog hair in it.
I had to share with some! They always get a little treat.
