No joke, I first got into cooking as a kid because I loved the descriptions of the food so much that my mom bought me the redwall cookbook

This. I feel like part of it is the women are so much better written on BCS. Skyler and Marie were the worst on BB (especially early on)
The “Southern Strategy” in the 60’s played a role. The Dixiecrats joined the GOP and party platforms were more aligned at a national level
I stopped watching right before that ending and swore off the show. My friend convinced me to finish it and I’m sooo happy he did

Bourbon is definitely disgusting. But it’s a fun time if you’re prepared. And there are some great spots outside of the French quarter

As someone who’s had good and bad experiences w/ online dating, it definitely can bring out the worst in people (ie ghosting, rudeness)

Smash burgers are my go-to burgers now. The only thing is they make your house/apartment pretty smoky. But totally worth it
legislation along with more rigorous training and police programs will be steps in the right direction. (5/5)

Defunding the police sounds great on paper, but imo it’s not viable in most US cities. Sending unarmed social workers to potentially (1/?)
and then work on passing the social components separately. (6/6)
wage increases, tacking them on to the GND makes an already unpopular bill radioactive in congress. First pass the environment portion (5/?)
