Friendly, reach out. I like cars, cats, carbs and computers. If you get a picture of this to the front page I will send you a piece of outdated tech sitting around my house. Could be useful, probably not.

Oh certainly, there is far less incentive for companies to build chargers in ND as they have a very very small population. So perhaps not the best use case.

But I agree the F150 is exceptionally poor in the winter, but it’s not an issue with all EVs; most experience a 20%ish decline.

EVs definitely don’t suck, and they would 100% work for the majority drivers/scenarios, but not all. The next big leap of solid state batteries will be immune to most all problems of lithium.

On most major highways you are never more than 10 miles from a charger. If that includes Level 2 then that isn’t that helpful if not charging overnight.

The 40-50% figure is one I’ve never heard, and It would be interesting to see the source in that because even extreme estimates on early batteries was 10-20%.

I’d suggest looking into some newer info on advancements and current figures because EVs are quickly out performing gas in everything but towing long distances.

So now?

It’s worked for Nintendo for 30 years.

The remake with Guy Pierce has some great music.

100%, we don’t know what this persons habits are, so more information would be needed for an outside source to determine if “tomboy” would apply in their opinion. But presumably the tshirt is a good self indicator and I’m good accepting that.

That’s what it means. Doesn’t have anything to do with physical appearance really, just the “girls doing things typically considered boy things”. The word is 450 years old so it probably encompasses more now but that’s the literal definition.

For those that don’t know she is running for governor of AZ, so this is actually scarier than just some news people chatting.

Just people. I received this notice and I drove past a construction site with a hundred sprinklers running. Gotta keep that new sod alive.

“No peanut butter”. Not really the same thing. Someone better paid or experienced might have followed up, but it’s not really their place

4 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Again it bears pointing out “no peanut butter” =/= “there is a peanut allergy” it’s not food service workers’ job to interpret or mind read

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Not high or drunk; upset that he failed to protect his kid by stating the allergy. easier to blame someone else than take responsibility

4 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

“No peanut butter” =/= “peanut allergy” If there is an allergy, the responsibility is on the customer to specify. People don’t read minds.

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

If he said “No we have a peanut allergy” or something similar then he would have had a case, if it weren’t for the ignorant racist tirade

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Not even close. YOU need to be vigilant about YOUR allergies. Its not their responsibility unless its specifically stated.
