They bought some of the land back. They didn't win it back. That county is still called Custer County. The county that got it's name changed to something to do with the Lakota was Shannon Country and it became Oglala Lakota County.

Nah. Guys just prefer to sleep stuff off if they can. If something persists for a couple of days, then they'll go to a hospital. I know this because I did just that. I had contracted bell's palsy somehow on a Saturday and wasn't sure what it was (half of my tongue was tasting stuff weird). Come Monday, I still had it, so I went to the hospital. Not a big deal.

You don't have to do permanent damage for something to be defaced. Tagging a wall does no permanent damage and it's still considered defacing.
