Yeah I was unclear in what I said. I meant she was okay but had a medical history. Either way it was fucked up but she was not in immediate medical danger. Ultimately, IANAD, but it was mostly the police handling/medical history that caused the stroke.
While you're not wrong technically she was okay with a medical history and it was the stress of the police and situation that gave her a heart attack. Definitely fucked up but not quite the same as someone being allowed to like bleed to death because no insurance.
